Been a little quiet over here… but for good reason 👀🦩

Pink Flamingo Holdings officially has its very own office! 🩷🔑

I’ve been busy behind the scenes turning a very blank little space into something that feels very Pink Flamingo. 🤍🩷

There’s been painting, decorating, furniture building, plenty of changing my mind 😂 and, naturally… a LOT of pink.

After deciding to really focus on growing Pink Flamingo Holdings in August, I wanted to see whether I could keep that momentum going through September.

And I think it’s safe to say… we’re growing. 💗

👀 37,000 views — up 305%
💬 791 content interactions — up 707%
👥 26 new follows — up 1,200%
🔗 222 link clicks — up a whopping 22,100%
📱 17,800 individual viewers — up 520%

But the bit I’m most pleased with isn’t actually the views.

It’s the 222 link clicks.

🏡 ONBOARDING — from £425
This is the initial setup to get your property ready to operate properly — photography, listings, systems, marketing strategy, guest guides, compliance checks and getting your on-the-ground team organised.

📈 FULL MANAGEMENT — from 16%
The percentage depends on the length of agreement, from 16%–22%.
We manage the bookings, guests, pricing, listings, systems and day-to-day running.

🔑 DIRECT BOOKINGS — 5%
For bookings we bring in directly, helping reduce reliance on the big booking platforms and their fees.

And you’re not handing your property to someone who’s never actually done it themselves.
