Das historische Casino Zögernitz in Wien-Döbling wurde beim FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence 2026 in der Kategorie Heritage mit SILBER ausgezeichnet.

Eine besondere Erfolgsgeschichte: Noch 2025 war das House of Strauss Finalist beim 🏆 PRIX Austria in der Kategorie „Bauen im Bestand“. Nur ein Jahr später folgte die internationale Auszeichnung im Rahmen des FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Wien.

Prämiert wurde die aufwendige Restaurierung eines ganz besonderen Stücks Wiener Kulturgeschichte: des letzten original erhaltenen Konzertsaals, in dem die gesamte Strauss-Dynastie musiziert hat. 🎻

The upcoming FIABCI International Trade Mission takes place from September 14 to 16, 2026, in Taichung, Taiwan.

Hosted in one of Taiwan’s most dynamic and fast-growing cities, the event will bring together real estate professionals, investors, and industry leaders from across the globe. Taichung, known for its strong economic foundation, rapid urban development, and welcoming environment, provides an ideal setting for forward-looking discussions and international collaboration.

Under the theme “The New Urban Future: Beyond Technology, Toward Humanity,” the Trade Mission will explore key trends shaping cities worldwide, including sustainable urban development, innovation in the built environment, and the evolving role of real estate in enhancing quality of life.

The final day of the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress began with the FIABCI General Assembly, bringing together delegates from around the world to reflect on the past year, discuss the future of the Federation, and make important decisions for the global FIABCI community.

The Congress concluded with an unforgettable Farewell Dinner – Viennese Summer Night's Ball at the historic Sofiensäle. The elegant evening celebrated not only the successful conclusion of an extraordinary week, but also the 75th Anniversary of FIABCI, bringing together members and friends from more than 50 nations.

One of the evening's most memorable moments was the official inauguration of Lily Chang as the new FIABCI World President, receiving the presidential chain from Antonio Campagnoli. The ceremonial handover symbolized continuity, international friendship, and the shared vision for the future of the global FIABCI community.

With music, dancing, laughter, and countless unforgettable moments, Vienna 2026 came to a truly spectacular close.

Thank you to everyone who made this Congress such an incredible success. We look forward to seeing you again at the 77th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Toronto!

Recap Day #3🏢

Day 3 of the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress showcased the very best of Vienna—both as a city and as a living example of innovative urban development.

Our Study Tours gave participants exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into some of Vienna's most remarkable real estate projects. From the forward-looking urban district of Seestadt aspern and the sustainable mixed-use development Viertel Zwei & WU Campus to the Heritage Walking Tour through Vienna's historic city center, guests experienced firsthand how innovation, architecture, and history come together to shape one of the world's most livable cities.

The day concluded with one of the most prestigious highlights of the Congress—the 35th FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards Gala, hosted by Elisabeth Rohr Real Estate, at the magnificent Hofburg Vienna. Celebrating excellence in architecture, sustainability, innovation, and community impact, the awards recognized outstanding real estate projects from around the globe. Congratulations to all World Gold and World Silver Winners—and especially to Austria's House of Strauss, awarded the World Silver Winner 2026 in the Heritage category.

Another inspiring day of learning, innovation, and international exchange!

Day 2 of the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress continued with a forward-looking program, bringing together international experts to discuss the technologies, economic developments, and leadership skills shaping the future of real estate.
Our keynote and featured sessions welcomed Florian Gschwandtner, Lars P. Feld, Lutz Wagner, Mahmoud Burai, Gudrun Kugler, Matthias Gass, and Rainer Rabenstein, who shared valuable perspectives on artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, geopolitics, investment, leadership, ESG, innovation, and the future of the global real estate industry.

Alongside the keynote program, participants attended several Real Estate Breakout Sessions, diving deeper into topics such as international investment opportunities, AI, education, sustainability, financing, and urban development. These interactive sessions created valuable opportunities for discussion, practical insights, and direct exchange with industry experts.

The evening offered two exceptional experiences. At the Young Professionals Evening at the Wien Museum, the next generation of industry leaders came together for an inspiring rooftop networking event, hosted by Generali, featuring the 100under40 Award Ceremony by LEADERSNET Immobilien, live music, and international exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. At the same time, FIABCI Medal Holders gathered at the magnificent Albertina Museum for the exclusive Medal Holder Dinner, celebrating distinguished members of the FIABCI community in a truly unique cultural setting.

What an inspiring start to the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress!✨

Our first conference day brought together thought leaders from around the world to discuss the future of real estate, cities, and global collaboration. We were honored to welcome keynote speakers Anacláudia Rossbach, Itay Talgam, and Kjell A Nordström, who shared valuable insights on urban development, leadership, communication, and the global economic forces shaping tomorrow's real estate industry. Alongside the keynotes, participants joined engaging panel discussions and six real estate breakout sessions covering the industry's most relevant topics.

The day concluded with an unforgettable FIABCI Organ Concert at St. Stephen's Cathedral. Performed by renowned organist Anton Holzapfel, this exclusive concert combined breathtaking Gothic architecture with extraordinary music, creating a truly unique experience for our international guests.
