Sometimes the best property tours aren’t the ones you plan… 🤍
Brought my son along to a villa showing, and he decided to become the agent himself. What followed was the sweetest little tour — a mix of English, German, and pure excitement: “come, I show you,” “you can sleep here,” “this is the kitchen”… all said with the confidence of a future professional.
No script, no staging — just a child seeing a house and already imagining it as a home.
Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. It’s never just about properties — it’s about dreams, stories, and the feeling of belonging somewhere.
(And yes… he’s already planning to buy it one day.)
