Žan Kožar, our Junior Facility Manager in Slovenia, who is responsible for 14 Stop Shops of Immofinanz and one logistic park of the GoAsset GmbH, completed his professional exam for less demanding electrical installations and lightning protection installations!

This certification of competence is designed for inspecting and managing electrical systems. His tasks now include assessment, maintenance, measurements and ensuring compliance with safety standards for simpler electrical installations. Each facility requires periodic inspections of lightning protection systems and electrical installations to meet standards. This helps prevent the possibility of damage or faults that could lead to more severe consequences.

Žan Kožar, naš mlajši Facility Manager v Sloveniji, ki je odgovoren za 14 Stop Shops podjetja Immofinanz in en logistični park podjetja GoAsset GmbH, je opravil strokovni izpit za manj zahtevne električne inštalacije in strelovodne naprave!

To potrdilo o usposobljenosti je namenjeno pregledovanju in upravljanju električnih sistemov. Njegove naloge zdaj vključujejo ocenjevanje, vzdrževanje, meritve in zagotavljanje skladnosti z varnostnimi standardi za enostavnejše električne inštalacije. Vsak objekt zahteva redne preglede sistemov zaščite pred strelo in električnih inštalacij za izpolnjevanje standardov. To pomaga preprečiti možnost nastanka poškodb ali napak, ki bi lahko privedle do hujših posledic.

At 137 meters high, the SkyTower is the tallest building in Romania. As the leading full-service provider for facility management, for over 10 years we have been taking care of all technical services, cleaning, maintenance, safety & security and the reception of the Bucharest building, which has a gross floor area of around 110,000 square meters.
