Our comfortable Studio Apartments are situated in a very safe and clean residential area directly in the heart of Vienna - walking distance to everywhere..

Our cozy Apartments are located directly in the City Center Vienna ! The international famous Vienna State Opera, the Imperial Palace Hofburg and the large inner city pedestrian zone Kärntner Straße with the impressive St. Stephens Cathedral you can easily reach after a short walk! Even Viennas largest shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse and the Museum district are just short walking distance too.

You stay right next ( just across the street !! ) to the famous multicultural Vienna Naschmarkt - a fascinating very large open market - the biggest open air market in Europe. You can buy there the freshest fruits and groceries from all over the world and you will find also numerous inexpensive, excellent restaurants (international cuisine), nice beer gardens, relaxed coffee shops, cozy bars, etc. Each Saturday a additional large amazing flea market takes place where you can buy some antiques and nice souveniers from Vienna for a bargain price. Across the street from the apartment you find also the musical Theater an der Wien, the art exhibition Vienna Secession and Viennas Technical University. Only few minutes walk from the apartment is Viennas central metro node Karlsplatz, very convenient - you can easily take the subway fast and direct to the Emperor Palace Schönbrunn, the amusement park Wiener Prater, the recreation area Danube Island, the UNO City and many more…

Very close to our apartment house is one of Vienna's most attractive, well-equipped, fitness center with an exclusive and spacious SPA area (massages, sauna, steam room, etc.) The prime top-central location of our apartments is actually unique - compare it !
