OYOB Property is proud to announce that construction has commenced at our site in Cranbourne West to deliver Specialist Disability Accomodation (SDA) Villas together with a commercial mixed-use development.
Sod turning completed and construction is now underway with our partners Sena Homes and Windrock Group. Excited to see these Indie Lifestyle villas come to life and see the retail spaces take shape.

Project Update - i am Learning Rockbank
OYOB Property is proud to announce that a major milestone in the development program has been reached for the i am Learning Childcare Center Rockbank.
Work has commenced on site in Leakes Road by our construction partner, Windrock Group.

The Nepean Frankston - VCAT Appeal Successful

OYOB Property Group is delighted to share that the matter of our amended planning permit for our site at 424-426 Nepean Hwy Frankston, has been comprehensively supported by VCAT.
After a lengthy and protracted process, OYOB is celebrating being able to move forward with the delivery of a 105-apartment complex in line with the Frankston Metropolitan Activity Centre (FMAC) Structure Plan.

It has been a drawn-out, complex, and convoluted process getting to this stage. Many thanks to our dedicated team of experts, led by our Development Director, Patrick Ng; HWL Ebsworth Lawyers; planning lawyers - Peter O'Farrell SC & Alex Gelber; Urbis and Bruce Henderson Architects.

Diamond Creek Update - Construction Commences ​o​n 54 Premium Land Lots

OYOB Property Group is delighted to share that we have reached the next stage of the development pipeline at our Diamond Creek residential land project. Endorsed plans and building permits were received for our 54-lot subdivision on Collard Drive, which has allowed site works to commence with demolishing the existing house. Bulk earthworks are set to begin shortly, and pre-sales are continuing.

It has been a journey to reach this milestone. We thank our exceptional team of consultants for their hard work and congratulate our joint venture partner. We look forward to delivering a boutique housing subdivision in this leafy Diamond Creek precinct, Gumtree Vista Estate.

Exciting progress continues to be made at our OYOB Deanside Estate Little Springs.
Plans for the Little Springs Park have been approved and construction will commence by the end of the year.
The park, wetlands and walking/cycle paths will add to the liveability and amenity of the estate and ensure connectivity to the natural environment.

Little Springs Estate is designed to enable families to build diverse, active and healthy lives. With this in mind, we have designed a park as a special feature of the estate.

🚧 With works scheduled to commence in late 2024, the park is expected to open in the second quarter of 2025.

Featuring play sets for different age groups, the park includes a basketball half court, and pathways connecting to the broader estate. The park also features an interface with Kororoit Creek where families can enjoy an ‘outlook’ seating area allowing them to take in the beauty of the creek and surrounds.

OYOB Property and our Doing Good community are proud to have assisted in providing two new water purification plants in rural Sri Lanka together with our partner Foundation of Goodness.

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the two new Reverse Osmosis Water Plants in Kadiharaya, Bamunukotuwa (Kurunegala district) and Kalvilan, Manukulam (Mullativu district).
