Turns out mortgage broking involves some pretty important questions…

Like, “Which Disney princess has the best borrowing capacity?” 😂

I had the opportunity to visit The Heights School the other day and chat with students who are currently learning about home loans.

We covered what a mortgage broker actually does, what’s involved in helping someone buy a home, and answered plenty of great questions along the way.

My favourite was definitely the Disney princess question.

My answer? Fiona from Shrek 👑

She’s got royal backing behind her, but still chooses the affordable lifestyle and lives in a swamp. Surely the banks would love her 😂

Really enjoyed getting out of the office and helping give the students a bit of real-world insight into how home loans and mortgage broking actually work.
