Just across the road from Atelier, the redevelopment of Montpelier Square Reserve has been completed by the Port Adelaide Enfield Council.

Stage 2 Civil works have now commenced at Atelier Port Adelaide and the new Montpelier Reserve upgrade is now under construction!

Civil Works:
- Richmond Civil are the appointed contractor
- The contractor has mobilised site offices and machinery on site
- The future road has been dug out
- Individual allotments are being built up and then compacted with fill

Montpelier Reserve Upgrade:
- Council has commenced Construction and appointed CLS as their contractor
- The new pathway network has commenced and irrigation being laid
- Completion expected mid 2021

We are excited to announce that Stage 1 civil construction at Atelier, Port Adelaide is now well underway!

Site earthworks have now been completed and work has commenced on the services. We are on track to complete Stage 1 civil works by late August.

The development team will be aiming to create individual titles in September 2020 to allow settlements to occur and construction of new homes to commence shortly thereafter.
