This was an exceptional campaign as I have represented my vendor Michael previously in another sale as well in a purchase!

This beautifully renovated property was very popular, where we had 63 people attend the open inspections, which it resulted in multiple offers being received!

We ended up selling this property for $525,000!

Congratulations to the purchaser on his new home, and it was a pleasure assisting my vendor in another successful property transaction!

I was referred to the client of this property by another client who had recommended me to this vendor. She was complaining to him at the time how local agents in the Gawler the area were only appraising this property in the low 300,000s. My vendor Pat needed to sell the property for as much money as possible to pay for her mother’s nursing home. Upon appraising the property, I realised how much some other agents have been underpraising it. I am so proud of the result I achieved, setting a record in the area and having them walk away with nearly $150,000 more money in their pocket.

I was happy to connect Tim with the property, who ended up being the purchaser. He could see the potential with the property that I could at the time of listing it for sale and coming up with a strategy.

This ended up being a very straightforward campaign and sale, and I’m so happy with the result achieved for all parties, including the vendor and purchaser
and also my client Ross who had referred me initially.

After being appointed as the agent to sell this stunning home, I knew it would be popular and confident I could achieve an AMAZING result!

My vendors were happy with offers around $750k- i recommended that we list the property by way of a Best Offers campaign!

After being live on re.com.AU for 1 hour I had already received 4 calls, by the second day 39 calls, After 4 days over 100 calls! It was officially a HOT listing!

Over 120 groups of people to the first open- multiple offers received! I pride myself on being an honest and proactive negotiator- this is one of the parts of my job I love! While always ensuring I get my clients the best result!
