Real estate isn’t a numbers game. It’s a skills game. The numbers just keep score.
Every agent I’ve ever coached who was “stuck” thought the answer was more. More calls. More door knocks. More appraisals. More hours.
That’ll always help. But it’s not what really shifts things.
The answer was usually buried in the conversation itself. The question they didn’t ask, the objection they didn’t handle, the close they softened, the fee they apologised for.
Activity without skill is just exhaustion with extra steps.
The agents pulling away from the pack right now aren’t the busiest. They’re the sharpest.
They’ve trained the conversation until it sounds effortless. They’ve practised the close until it lands clean. They’ve rehearsed the objection until it doesn’t rattle them.
The numbers follow. They always do.
