Okay. I can't say this enough.
Be on your guard as there are many scammers out there and harmful people. Let admin know if there is an issue. Importantly let other users know by posting concerns in comments.
Do your due diligence and stay safe. Let someone know if you are going to view a property. Even post that you are going to view a property, what, where and who property is with. Try not to go alone, don't go alone. I am a property manager and it is at the stage now that I do not do inspections alone. As a realestate agent I can honestly say there are some pretty strange, intimidating and at times scary irrational people. PLEASE becareful.
