Having three young children has definitely sharpened my negotiation skills, this is evident with the outstanding results I achieve for my clients. I am highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic and I bring this with a very open, honest, professional and innovative approach to selling and buying property. I run a team of staff which allows us to deliver a high level of customer service, leading
to a positive experience buying or selling a property. I pride myself on great communication and an innovative approach, I absolutely love negotiating, it is the best part of the job. I have a 'no stone left unturned' attitude and believes that the harder you work, the luckier you get. A bit about me:
My parents have a strong work ethic and encouraged me to get a job so I started my working life aged 13 working at McDonalds, I didn't know it at the time but this job set the foundations for the future. After completing high school at Sacred Heart College and I started an apprenticeship as an electrician. 9 years later I decided I wanted to get off the tools and moved into a sales position with Clipsal Australia before returning to the industry as General Manager of a large contracting business. I had achieved everything that I set out to in the industry and needed a new challenge. With success in sales, business and a strong passion for helping people, it was only natural for me to start a career in Real Estate. I grew up in Glenelg and I currently live in Glenelg East with my wife and three young children so it was important to me to work with a local trusted company, that is why I chose Magain Real Estate. I love working with people and helping them achieve their goals. When I have sold your property, it will seem like I am more of a friend than a real estate agent. I shop locally and love supporting local businesses and charities, I have a passion for good food and wine so if I am not at home cooking up a storm or entertaining friends, I am often found at local cafes and restaurants.
