The cleaning team at Parabanks truly embody the spirit of kindness and humility.
Kim, a familiar face to the locals, has been a shining example of going above and beyond for others during her 18 years of service at the centre.
We recently spotted Kim helping an elderly man with mobility issues who visits the centre on a weekly basis.
Keith, the elderly gentleman, normally sits on the bench or at one of our friendly coffee shops and reaches out to Kim to ask for her assistance to pay his bills at the post office. Kim is more than happy to assist this elderly member of our community.
Kim and our cleaning team are truly the unsung everyday heroes that not only keep our centre clean but also show kindness to those in need.
