Finally, Dusk Apartments no longer our dream but our reality, a beautiful building with 20 apartments and a grand entrance to Henley Beach SA!
A roller coaster ride with risks, tears, highs and lows, challengers and accomplishments.
It’s been mammoth journey and our first rodeo show, feeling humbled in our blessings and a proud moment all in the same breath.
It’s been a collaborative effort with two key players, so we would like to firstly thank our architect Tom Vartzokas and Peggy together with their team at Vartzokas Architect especially for allowing us to be so involved in the design process but mostly for guiding us and project managing to the very end!
Also a big thank you to our builder Florin Farcut his son Alex and all his wonderful team at Lucy Comercial Construction for their passion and efforts, delivering a beautiful high end finish project leaving us all so proud.

Sarah and Malcolm at Sheppard’s Harcourts for taking a chance when others wouldn’t
Rody Pappas our Conveyancer at HGP for responding on the spot to 2am emails and being so obliging to all ‘my rules’ 😂
Jim Tsagouris and Chong at Structural Systems for engineering a building that an earthquake cant move.
Lastly, but the most importantly, the gems in our life, our amazing children Dionne, Nassia and Jake, they hunkered down and endured countless months in lock down with out us in Melbourne, for those who know us best, you know we can’t live with out each other, yet they band together and made us super proud for staying strong and allowing Harry and I to deliver Dusk.
