There are many options that should always be explored when considering putting a property on the market. We believe that under no circumstances should you limit the marketing options for your home. Sure some properties are not suited to Auction and should not be marketed that way, but be assured it is a powerful option that should never be overlooked, especially for some properties. With the strength of the current market many properties are being sold without any open inspections, a proposition that is certainly not new, (we have used it for years, on the right property). And now, with our unique 24-hour virtual open inspection technology it is even easier, but you should never limit the options available to you by saying, “under no circumstances will we have open inspections”. You should ensure your agent is willing to work with other reputable agents who may have a buyer for your property thereby extending your exposure. Knowing all of your options and being able to keep them open is important, you are, after all making decisions about the sale of what is probably your greatest asset. A true, experienced local agent will know your market and the best way to go to that market, the best way to present and sell your property for the highest possible price. In any case you must always be fully informed as to current market conditions and all of the options available to you. What may work interstate, as history has so often shown, does not necessarily work in Adelaide.
