Kevin Hodges Real Estate KHRE is passionate about your investment and tenancy! Kevin Hodges and his wife Jacqui Hodges, have been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1984.

During the late 80’s and through the 90’s Kevin was a national trainer for a major real estate chain, as well as conducting training for real estate people in all states of Australia. In 1996 Kevin and Jacqui decided to open their own real estate office and partnered up with an old friend in 1998 and became a part of the Lin Andrews Real Estate Group as a Franchisee. This successful venture saw tw

o offices established, one at Salisbury SA and one at Smithfield SA, and some 13 employees. A full suite of services were established including residential sales and management as well as commercial sales and management. In 2011 the two offices were separated and the Salisbury Office was merged with the Lin Andrews Real Estate Head Office, and Kevin took the management of the Smithfield Office under his own Company, Kevin Hodges Real Estate Pty Ltd and continued to trade under the Lin Andrews franchise until June 2013. From 1st July 2013 the Company continues to work from its same premises at 28 Anderson Walk Smithfield SA 5114, offering a specialised rental management service and residential sales. Kevin is highly qualified Salesperson, Sales Manager, Property Manager, Industry Trainer, Property Manager and business owner specialising in helping clients build wealth through wise property investment. He is also a experienced Auctioneer and has been a member of the Auctioneers and Appraisers Society (SA) Inc. for many years. Kevin believes passionately in property and has a special concern for his fellow “baby-boomers” being prepared for retirement.
