Australia's housing downturn is spreading across the country, with the latest property price data showing previously resilient markets that had recently set record-high prices are now experiencing a decline in values.

🎯 LIGHTSVIEW HOMEOWNER FOCUS GROUPS 🎯

Homekind Real Estate is inviting local homeowners from Lightsview and surrounding suburbs including Northgate, Oakden, Clearview, Greenacres and nearby areas to participate in a paid community focus group at our office.

We are looking for 10 homeowners to split into two small groups of 5 people to discuss:
• What influences vendor decision-making when choosing an agent
• Real estate marketing and advertising impact
• Community engagement and local trust
• What homeowners actually value from an agency

📍 Location: Homekind Real Estate Office
🕠 Thursday 02/07: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
🕙 Saturday 04/07: 10:00am – 11:00am

As a thank you for your time and feedback, participants will receive $100 at the conclusion of the session.

At Homekind Real Estate we’re currently knee-deep in AML, CTF and PF compliance, ML/TF risk assessments, KYC and KYB procedures, CDD and OCDD, EDD, PEP screening, BO checks, TFS checks, SMRs, IFTIs, FATF guidance, Basel AML Index country ratings and risk weightings, RCA assessments and AUSTRAC obligations… which is a very sophisticated way of saying the real estate industry now needs a compliance dictionary thicker than most contracts!
