Over the past couple of days our Homekind Real Estate page has grown from 87 to 384 followers, which was completely unexpected!

Many of you found us through the Northern Suburbs Community Notice Board Adelaide SA after a post about replacing a Nintendo Switch 2 that had been stolen (we’re pleased to confirm it was bought and collected in time for his birthday!).

What was meant to be a small random act of kindness turned into something much bigger because of the enthusiasm and support shown by that community.

Thank you to everyone who followed the page, sent private messages and friendship requests, or replied with words of encouragement.

I left a career in teaching to start Homekind, and in an industry that can sometimes feel very transactional, it was important to me to build a business grounded in the belief that kindness and doing the right thing mattered more than simply making money.

That same philosophy shapes how we approach our work every day, and we are proud to see it reflected in strong outcomes for our clients, including shorter days on market for rentals and higher sale prices than comparable properties.
