🍷 🏆 Hart Award Winner - Feng 🏆 🍷
This month’s Hart Award goes to someone who embodies exactly what we’re building at Chi Train: Feng Tam .
Kind to every single member…. always up for a chat…. always checking in. Feng doesn’t just show up to train, she shows up for the community. She even brought her husband William Tam into the fold, and now they’re both woven into the fabric of what we do here.
We asked Feng what Chi means to her, and her words say it all:
“I chose Chi as it’s so convenient! Also looks so fun every time I walk past the classes! I just wanted to get moving and fit but without the pressure of a boot camp! 😁”
“I have enjoyed every moment of Chi! I have definitely improved in my energy levels, fitness levels and muscle strength.”
“It’s the community feel of Chi. Way beyond just exercise! It’s like a big family. The fact it’s done at your own pace is a big bonus for me!”
True to who she is, Feng’s already out there spreading the word:
“Any of my age group friends would benefit from it! I would love to convince one in particular. She will benefit so much physically and mentally. I have tried. So far no luck! 😂”
That’s what this award is about.
Authenticity. Kindness. Commitment. Feng, you’ve earned this one.
The Hart Award is proudly supported by Michael Hart and Alisa Hart of Hart of the Barossa (Hart of the Barossa) , Barossa’s oldest organically certified vineyard.
