Exciting progress at Acacia on Henley, our newest development for Karidis Retirement Villages! 🌿
We’re on track for completion in July 2026, and we want to give a big shoutout to our amazing project team for their hard work and dedication in bringing this development to life! 👏

ACACIA on HENLEY APARTMENTS - NEW BUILD UPDATE
We’re delighted to provide you with the latest update on the progress of our development of 10 new apartments at Acacia on Henley.

The structural steel decking (Bondek) has now been completed for the Ground Floor and also the plumbing and electrical sleeves.

In the next few weeks the concrete will be poured for Level 1 which will then allow for the foundation steel, structural steel decking and plumbing and electrical sleeves to be installed for this level.

The concrete pour for Level 2 is anticipated for late November/early December.

The anticipated completion date for the new apartments is July 2026.

We came together at Head Office to celebrate the Melbourne Cup with a delicious afternoon tea — great food, lots of laughter, and even better company.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise such a beautiful spread and made the afternoon so special! 💛✨

We’ve just kicked off a new initiative at our Head Office with Direct Collect to collect 10-cent bottles, cans, and containers. Not only is this a great way to build better recycling habits and care for our environment — it’s also helping us give back to the community.

Every container donated will support the amazing work of the Sammy D Foundation , a local SA charity that’s helping educate young people about the impact of violence and the importance of making positive choices.

It’s simple. It’s powerful. And every little bit makes a difference. 🙌

KARIDIS CORPORATION FLASHBACK –
Exactly 30 years ago, to this date, our intrepid leader Mr Gerry Karidis AM was awarded the Member of the Order of Australia in recognition of his “service to the building and construction industry and for service to the Greek community.”
Thirty years later, Gerry is still working hard servicing the building industry with new developments across our state including a new hotel, retirement villages and serviced apartments.
