📆 🍾 As we approach the end of another financial year, we’re reflecting on what has made this one so special.

Yes, we’ve welcomed new faces, celebrated record-breaking sales results, achieved personal milestones, and watched team members reach new heights in their careers. But what stands out most isn’t the achievements themselves, it’s the way we’ve celebrated them together.

This year, our entire team turned up to support Ang Svic as he stepped onto the auctioneering stage for his first competition. We cheered on Brenton, Teall and Matt as they represented us at the REISA industry Awards, and celebrated Teall’s incredible win and progression to the national finals.

Behind every sale, every award and every milestone is a team that genuinely wants to see each other succeed. We share knowledge, lend support, celebrate wins and step in when help is needed. There is no “that’s not my job” mentality here, because when one of us succeeds, we all succeed.
