New at EzyFlats: Flexible Pricing

We’ve just made pricing on EzyFlats more flexible for our accommodation partners.

Hosts can now mark their weekly rental price as indicative, allowing them to provide a final quote when a booking request comes in.

This means you can adjust your final price based on the dates, length of stay, seasonality or other factors — without having to commit to a fixed advertised rate.

Guests can still find your property and submit a booking request based on the indicative price. You then provide your final quote, and if the guest accepts, the normal EzyFlats booking and payment process continues.

Prefer a fixed weekly price? No problem — indicative pricing is completely optional.

Another step towards making medium-term rentals simpler and more flexible for hosts and guests across Australia. 🇦🇺

EzyFlats is looking for more furnished properties across Australia for medium-term stays, typically 2–12 weeks. We work with relocating professionals, corporate and insurance stays, project workers and others looking for furnished accommodation for a few weeks or months.

It’s free to list and completely non-exclusive, so you can keep using Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com or any other channels as normal. We only charge 7% when we actually generate a booking for you.

EzyFlats has launched its new platform and I'm pretty proud of what we've built.

The short version: we're a licensed real estate agency (RLA 346573) focused entirely on medium-term furnished rentals both in South Australia and also Australia wide. Think 1 to 24 months — relocating professionals, students, project workers, families between homes. The segment that's too long for Airbnb and too short for most traditional agents.

But we didn't just build a listing site. We built a proper rental management platform.

The entire tenancy lifecycle is digitised end to end. Lease creation, editing, and signing — all online. Move-in and move-out condition reports handled digitally. Payment processing and invoicing built in. And tenants can't move in until everything is squared away — 100% security, signed lease, condition report, the lot. No chasing paperwork, no gaps.

Landlords get a dashboard to manage their listings, track tenancies, and handle payments without cobbling things together across three different tools. Property managers get the same at scale — portfolio oversight, tenant comms, lease workflows, all without the admin overhead that eats into your day.

And tenants get transparent pricing and the security of dealing with a licensed agency, not some unregulated marketplace.

I built this because I kept seeing the same problem from both sides. Landlords with great furnished properties had nowhere purpose-built to list them. Tenants looking for a few months' accommodation were stuck overpaying on platforms designed for weekend stays. And everyone was still dealing with manual processes that should have been automated years ago.
