Naturally, people have lots of questions when they are selling or buying a home in Aldinga beach and surrounds.

We're always happy to help, and here are a few of the questions we are most frequently asked, answered by our principal, Jim Connery.

What does the real estate agent do?

The real estate agent's main task is to market your property in a timely and efficient manner in order to sell your property at its very best price. Achieving this goal requires knowledge of the market, skills in marketing and negotiation, paying attention to details when writing contracts and making sure that all special conditions are met completely, and on time.

This last part is generally the most involved, nursing a contract to completion, dealing with banks' special conditions as well as finance brokers, contractors, conveyancers, solicitors and a number of other professionals required to complete a sale. The real estate agent manages the entire transaction until its completion.
