Today we celebrated Simon's birthday 🎉

We had a visit from one of his twins, caught up with clients and friends throughout the day, enjoyed a lovely lunch with the team and, of course, there was cake! 🎂

To top it all off, we gave Simon a gift from the team to help keep him warm this winter.

We wish Simon a long, happy life filled with good health, plenty of laughter, great memories and many more special moments with family and friends.

In June 1997, Simon Salm opened his first RE/MAX franchise from the garage of his own home. With plenty of determination, discipline and perseverance, he worked tirelessly to build the business from the ground up before officially opening the Alexandra Hills office on 1 October 1997.

29 years later, Simon still loves what he does just as much as he did back then. He's the first to arrive and one of the last to leave the office each day, driven by a genuine passion for helping people and achieving outstanding results.

For those of us lucky enough to work alongside him, Simon is more than a boss. He is a mentor, a leader and a constant source of inspiration. His passion for real estate is contagious, and we consider it a privilege to be part of the team he has built.
