🌻 Not all disabilities can be seen, but like visible disabilities, they can affect how we learn, move, and feel.

🔍 It might be hard to spot these disabilities, but there's a symbol called the hidden disabilities sunflower to help.
🌏 It is recognised all around the world!
💛 Most airports or major train/bus stations have a ID card or lanyard that you can get
👍 Check your nearest public transport customer service.

This folks is why you NEVER pay your contract deposit until such time as your builder has provided the Home Indemnity Insurance.
You are not obligated by contract to pay the deposit until the builder has been provided with the insurance, so not let the builder tell you differently.
In this case the Directors should get pinged for trading insolvently, but if they have shifted off assets to non directors then it’s very difficult to get your money back.

Many clients ask our opinion on which is better. My response always is this - if you are intending to install solar panels, then definitely go induction right from the outset. And also change the hot water to instantaneous electric so you get maximum benefit from your solar.
