Kilgariff Estate Stage 2A construction activities are in full swing.
Contractor BMD Urban has commenced a number of activities including earthworks and sewer construction, managing the site well through the recent COVID lockdown.
Upcoming works in August include commencing works on key water infrastructure and installation of a new sewer main. In September, contractors will be preparing existing infrastructure in order to provide power to Stage 2 homes.

What a night!!! The Kilgariff Estate Coolibah Release cleared 42% of the blocks on Ballot Night.

20 Bath Street commonly known as “Belvedere House” has officially changed hands after nearly 3 decades.
This has been an exciting acquisition for CASA Services who have plans to revamp the iconic building and bring it into the modern era.
Having the previous owners entrust us with the responsibility of this once in a generation sale has been a huge compliment.
I remember going there for school debates when the Education department was there and was always fascinated with the building.

This release will offer:
• 37 traditional lots
• 8 multi-dwelling lots

A ballot process will be held for purchase of pre-sale lots in the Coolibah Release. More details about lot sizes, prices and the ballot process will be available on the Kilgariff Estate website from Monday 19 April.
