Designed in collaboration with international award-winning Singaporean architecture firm, and Perth based , the concept of a ‘vertical village’ is at the core of the design concept of Forbes Residences.

As Forbes starts to emerge from the basement excavation works in Applecross, the Forbes Team welcomed Richard Hassell from award-winning Singapore based architecture firm WOHA.

The collaborative workshop included representatives from Mustera Property Group, WOHA Architects, MJA Studio, Encon and PACT Construction. It saw the team working together to finalise key selections including the external GRC cladding and façade glazing as well as completing a fly-though of the 3D building model.

It was exciting to have the project architect in town and to see the vision from Mustera and WOHA coming to fruition.
