Springtime Progress Update! 🌿

We’re excited to share that Practical Completion has been achieved for Stage 14 at Springtime in Haynes! A huge thank you to the team at RJV for their exceptional work and partnership throughout the delivery of this stage – the results speak for themselves. 👏

Construction Kicks Off at East of the Beach Central Precinct! 🪏👷‍♂️

We have officially broken ground on the highly anticipated Central Precinct at East of the Beach in Eglinton, marking a significant milestone for the growing coastal community.

A sod turning ceremony was held on-site yesterday to celebrate the start of construction, attended by key stakeholders and community leaders including City of Wanneroo Mayor Linda Aitken, North Ward Councillor Sonet Coetzee, Principal of Northshore Christian Grammar School, Stuart Chisholm and Whadjuk Noongar Elder Terry Morich.

Located off Scotthorn Drive, the Central Precinct will deliver 533 new homesites, helping to meet the strong demand for housing in Perth’s northern corridor. The precinct will expand on the success of East of the Beach, which is already home to over 460 families.
