Urban Quarter We're Urban Quarter, a private residential developer creating communities across Western Australia.

Urban Quarter is a specialist private residential land development and land sales company based in Perth, Western Australia. We are currently managing projects with end values totalling over $750m and have delivered over 2,000 lots to market over the last decade. Our current projects include:

As you'll see from our land estates (while you're here please take some time to view the photo galleries of our projects) we are a design-driven company committed to meeting the long-term needs of the people who, ultimately, live at the places we create. Building sustainable communities, places with social as well as practical infrastructure, is at the very heart of what we do. Our developments provide residents with more than just a place to go home to. Recreational spaces – for adults to relax and kids to play – are common to our estates. Through community engagement programs we also facilitate access to local clubs and associations spanning everything from sports to the arts. We’re excited to share that Practical Completion has been achieved for Stage 14 at Springtime in Haynes! A huge thank you to the team at RJV for their exceptional work and partnership throughout the delivery of this stage – the results speak for themselves. 👏

Construction Kicks Off at East of the Beach Central Precinct! 🪏👷‍♂️

We have officially broken ground on the highly anticipated Central Precinct at East of the Beach in Eglinton, marking a significant milestone for the growing coastal community.

A sod turning ceremony was held on-site yesterday to celebrate the start of construction, attended by key stakeholders and community leaders including City of Wanneroo Mayor Linda Aitken, North Ward Councillor Sonet Coetzee, Principal of Northshore Christian Grammar School, Stuart Chisholm and Whadjuk Noongar Elder Terry Morich.

Located off Scotthorn Drive, the Central Precinct will deliver 533 new homesites, helping to meet the strong demand for housing in Perth’s northern corridor. The precinct will expand on the success of East of the Beach, which is already home to over 460 families.
