Crawling into small spaces isn’t high on my list of fun things to do. But I’m always more then happy to do it and pleased when a home has access- for the huge amount of information it provides.

Inspecting the subfloor tells us so much including:
- stump integrity
- movement in stump height levels
- subfloor material integrity
- correct use/type for subfloor material
- moisture
- pipes/leaks

Make sure you have all the facts on your next property purchase with a pre-purchase inspection.

I’ve been MIA around here but have been busy with inspections, reno, school holidays etc.
January was a big one! As well as all the school holiday stuff with 4 kids home we had Bella turn 10, I turned 35, my dad should have turned 60 on the 15th but instead Jan 29th marked 3 years without him. Then it was back to school with a grade 5 and a grade 1 this year.

February is here, I’m back into the swing of things and ready for a great year and to be around here more 🏠 📝

I understand that sometimes things progress quickly when you’ve found ‘the’ property for you.
Firstly I will work with you to get your inspection completed as soon as possible and will get your report to you within 24hours of inspection.

Secondly I recommend you speak with your agent, conveyancer or solicitor and ensure your contract includes terms along the lines of ‘subject to building and pest inspection’. So in the case that anything is found that changes things, you are covered.

A pre-purchase building inspection isn’t necessarily to find zero defects or issues with the property, but to give you all the information.

Once you have all the knowledge on the property you can then make an informed decision on your purchase, including the price you are willing to pay by taking into account any necessary repairs.

You then get to enjoy the excitement of your property, without any disappointing surprises (from the property at least, we don’t include neighbours in our reports 😏)

We worked with Graeme and the team at for our logo, branding and website.
Our brief included simple, no graphics (no house, magnifying glass etc) and colours inspired from f1 Mercedes-AMG Petronas.
