NBN Australia (and their approved construction partner, Service Stream Stream) will be undertaking scheduled network installation and maintenance across Ararat between 01/08/2026 and 31/10/2026.

NBN technicians will need to access the outside of properties to inspect land, install equipment, or service network facilities.

🏠 What Property Owners Need to Know:

➡️An Installation and Maintenance Activity notice has been sent to every eligible property in Ararat

➡️All works are being performed at no cost and are obligation free – once the equipment is installed, and when you are ready to upgrade to a full fibre internet connection, simply contact your preferred internet provider

➡️You do not need to be home for the technicians to perform the outside work.

➡️If you have locked gates, pets, or specific entry instructions, please contact the team ahead of time to make arrangements.

➡️If technicians cannot reach the area, they will leave a note to reschedule.

➡️Quality assurance checks may occur up to 20 business days after initial works are complete.
