Finca La Providencia is located in Canton Les Cruces, Municipio de Chalchuapa, Santa Ana.

This particular specialty has gone through a natural process and is the red bourbon varietal.

Finca Santa Sofia is located in Canton Palo de Campana, Santa Ana. With an altitude of 1,530m above sea level and tropical weather it has volcanic soil and hilly topography.

A family farm, Santa Sofia has been passed down 5 generations. This specialty is honey processed, with flavours of strawberry, blueberry and dark chocolates.

This Sapphire blend is a combination of cherries from 4 different farms, 2 located at the Cerro Verde Volcano and the other 2 at the Ilamatepec Volcano. Once picked, coffee cherries are transported to the Vivagua Mill where pulpers remove the red skin from the cherries before undertaking the washing process.

This high Altitude Coffee takes a longer time to mature, flower and produce its berries. The longer the maturation period, the longer the bean can develop and enhance its flavour.

From Cuchillas, in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua comes this outstanding coffee from the Santa Rita Estate which is owned and run by Desiree and Dania - fourth Generation Coffee farmers and (self-described) women of entrepreneurial spirit.

Over 25% of their 165 hectare estate is kept as a nature reserve, while the rest is dedicated to the most advanced ecology and horticulture to create an incredible consistent coffee.

Profile: Caramel, Chocolate, Almonds. Rounded acidity. Full body. Plum finish. 84+ pts.
