Your Pacific Pines home didn’t automatically fall 0.7% on the first of August.

Cotality reported national home values down 0.7% in July, while PropTrack measured a 0.3% fall. Cotality also recorded Brisbane down 0.6%.

Those numbers matter — but they’re direction signs, not valuations of your individual property.

What your home is actually worth comes down to the evidence closer to home: recent comparable sales, what else buyers can choose from, your land, layout, condition, presentation, and what buyers are responding to right now.
