Linda Stanton
Born in Brisbane, Linda grew up in rural Queensland before returning to complete tertiary education in Brisbane. Linda worked as a primary school teacher on the Gold Coast where at the age of 24 she made her first real estate investment on Chevron Island. She has maintained her interest and love for the Gold Coast ever since. Linda enjoyed teaching at schools at Nerang, Labrador and Miami on the Gold Coast before deciding to embark on a new career in finance. After successfully completing Diploma subjects including Investment, Taxation, Retirement and Estate Planning, Risk Management and Professional Responsibilities, Linda joined the Women’s Investment Network in East Melbourne where she quickly built a loyal and prosperous client base. Linda managed and helped grow a Project Management, Consulting and Contracting business which over the years included offices in ACT, NSW and Queensland. For three years Linda managed the Gold Coast labour hire operation of that business employing up top 180 casual staff providing labour and equipment to the Queensland Government for its roadside maintenance. Now as the principal of Linda Stanton Realty Pty Ltd, Linda is committed to the Gold Coast and to its growth and development. Tina Sefton
Tina moved from Hamilton New Zealand in 2005 to make her home on the Gold Coast initially working in an administrative role with a small distribution company where, after 9 years, she had progressed through all facets of the business creating an opportunity and a stepping stone into a new venture in Real Estate. Being self-motivated and organised Tina quickly demonstrated how well she manages and sources resources and conducts research to keep the Linda Stanton Realty office well informed and up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and industry best practices. She brings to the organisation a skill-set in IT literacy including advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and MYOB and is also internet savvy which is an essential quality in the today’s fast moving Real Estate Industry. Tina is a good communicator, has an easy going personality and is the smiling voice you hear answering your call to Linda Stanton Realty. Tina prides herself on being trustworthy and discreet and being a person who is always willing to “go the extra mile” to help.
