Boost to Buy: Key Features
Low Deposit Requirement: Eligible buyers can purchase homes with just a 2% deposit, significantly lowering the barrier to homeownership
Government Equity Contribution: The state will contribute up to 30% equity for new constructions and 25% for existing homes, reducing the amount buyers need to borrow
Property Value Cap: The scheme applies to properties valued up to $1 million, accommodating the rising property prices in Queensland
Income Thresholds: Singles earning up to $150,000 and couples earning up to $225,000 are eligible, making the program accessible to a broad range of middle-income earners
