The biggest misconception of this industry is that an outer area agent cannot possibly sell a property at a higher price than an “area expert”.

Selling in the 6 figures over reserve price, 2 Caboolture agents followed the process and rewarded their client with a suburb record, over 50 kilometres from their ‘area of expertise’🧏🏻‍♂️
