We love consistency in design. To give a special homely feel to the townhomes, we have used v-groove boards to tie in elements of the design. We love how they create a rhythm of light and shade across the walls. The pictures don't do it justice you really need to see it for yourself.

One of the constant comments we hear about The Gables is how open and spacious they are for a townhouse. That's because they are specifically designed to make owners feel like they are upgrading their lifestyle even though they are downsizing their home! The bollard lights have been installed at the front entrance of each townhome, the garbage room has been freshly painted, and the signs are now installed. We can't wait for the landscaping to be completed in the garden beds at the front entries

At The Gables we have thought of everything, so you don’t have to. Not only have we ensured everything looks aesthetically pleasing but we have also made sure it is comfortable and low maintenance too. For example, we have used paint with built- in mould inhibitors in the bathrooms, which guarantees against mould growth for 10 years!

Here are some updates on the Gables Townhomes. The site fencing has been removed to reveal the boundary fencing and the balustrades have been put in on the first floor. The light fixtures have been installed on the outside of the building adding that final touch of detail. The pergola's are now being painted one by one, in a warm white, giving a subtle contrast of light and shade. Keep an eye out for more updates.

Spring has arrived at The Gables. The flowers of the October Glory trees are starting to bud! Did you know that these Maple trees are fast growing and require minimal attention? It's leaves drop later in the season, so you have more time to enjoy their show from the comforts of your living room.
