Well, I set myself a challenge and….

I did it, I did it! I ran my first half marathon in sub-2 hours – 1:57:28 at the age of 58!!

All my dedication, commitment, blood sweat and fortunately no tear, together with my trusty training partner, Stevie (my dog), my PT, and my little team of professionals that I trusted with my strains and pains (osteo & physio) all got me to the finish and start line.

I’m pretty chuffed with myself to be honest.

Through the Ronald McDonald House WA “Home for Dinner” program, anyone can get involved. Whether it’s friends, family or a work team to cook and serve a home-style meal for families doing it tough.

Alongside a professional chef, we prepared dinner for families who’ve got far more on their minds than what’s for dinner.

A small contribution, but one we’re proud of. We’ll always show up when it matters.
