Over the past six months, we have been collecting anonymous feedback from our valued tenants in regard to the routine inspection process. We know its the most disliked part of being a tenant and we are on a mission to improve the experience.

So this is what we heard:
✅A need for more flexible scheduling to fit your busy lives.
✅A desire for clearer and prompter communication post-inspection.
✅Suggestions for considering the needs of pet owners during inspections.
✅Thoughts on the frequency of inspections, especially for our long-standing, reliable tenants.

We are taking on this feedback, and will work to implement changes that provide a win-win result for all of our clients.

I often get asked about 3 bedrooms verses 4 bedrooms and what are the pro's and con'
Here are my thoughts
