Exceptional Real Estate Agent
Brad was an exceptional real estate agent to work with. He took the time to personally video the property, which made such a difference and genuinely felt like we were there before even stepping through the door. As a family of 5 relocating from the Wheatbelt and completely new to Collie, his extensive knowledge of the local community was invaluable. Brad gave us so much confidence in the area we had decided to purchase in and was able to talk from an understanding of the area that other real estate agents do not have.
What really stood out was Brad's people-first approach. He invested in us as buyers, but also in the owner of the home which created a welcoming experience for everyone involved. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care made the entire process feel personal rather than transactional. We are still in-touch with the lovely previous owner and that is because Brad gave us both such a lovely hand-over experience.
Brad and his team run a family-first business, and that shines through in every interaction.
