Do you have experience in hospitality or worked in the travel industry? Or have experience in real estate property management? We are expanding and two positions are available in our Holiday Rental department that may give you the change of career you are after!
We are a long established, market leading Northern Beaches real estate office, located in Palm Beach, that is searching for mature-minded people to work in our busy holiday rental business. You must be a good communicator, pro-active, confident and prepared to go the extra mile for our clients. Great computer skills and great phone manner are essential.
The full-time positions will involve some Saturday work and you will need to be prepared for peak-period holiday work, with the busiest periods over Christmas and Easter.
Prior property management or hospitality/travel experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. Your job will be to assist holiday rental clients, to ensure that they have the holiday experience fitting their expectations as well as liaising with owners to prepare and source bookings for their properties. This is a high end, luxury real estate business which provides an incredible opportunity to work with some of Sydney’s leading business people and identities to manage their executive properties.
The packages will really depend on your qualifications and expertise, and will comprise of a set salary with a commission component if you meet booking KPI’s. This is a well paying role, above real estate averages and PM roles, with room for substantial growth, great holidays and potential long term equity in the business.
