A very special congratulations to our girl Addi 🤍

Last night, Addison was crowned the Darley Football Netball Club B Grade Best & Fairest, finishing the season with an incredible 54 votes.

Anyone who knows Addi knows just how deserving she is of this. She is one of the most genuine, kind and happy souls you’ll ever meet, and she brings that same beautiful energy into our office every single day.

We couldn’t be prouder to see her hard work and dedication recognised. While we already think she’s pretty special, it’s lovely to see her celebrated for everything she gives on the netball court too.

A very well deserved achievement for an even more deserving person. Congratulations Addi, we are all so proud of you! 🏆🤍

Another day, another round of stickers and a few flowers for the office! 💛💐

Kerri and Belinda have been out and about celebrating some solid results, with more properties being marked as sold.

And while the stickers were the main event, Belinda may have helped herself to a few flowers from the gardens along the way. Her office jar is filling up nicely, and naturally, no flower goes unphotographed. 😂

We know 10 slides about property rules might not be the most exciting thing on your feed. But if you’re thinking about buying or selling in Victoria, these changes could affect you.

If you’re buying: From 1 October, property listings will need to give you clearer price information. If a home is going to auction, or offers close on a set date, you’ll be able to see the seller’s reserve price at least seven days beforehand. That’s the minimum price the seller has nominated, although they still aren’t required to accept an offer at that price. The document that currently gives you the price guide and comparable sales will also have a new name, the Property Price Statement, and include more details about the properties being compared.

If you’re selling: Your final sold price will generally need to be published within seven days of the sale becoming unconditional. That means any conditions in the contract, such as finance, have been met. If you’d prefer the price kept private, it won’t be something you can simply ask your agent to leave off the listing. Consumer Affairs Victoria can grant an exemption in limited circumstances involving family or personal violence.

The doors are open and we’re ready to celebrate! 🎉

Join us for the official grand opening of our new Ray White Bacchus Marsh office at 5 Gell Street.

Thanks to the incredible support we receive from our local community, we are able to give that support straight back to other local businesses. We have purchased the coffee, face painting and sausages for everyone to enjoy completely free on the day.

Our sausages are coming from The Stockman’s Table, and they have even created a special yellow sausage for the occasion! Eeek we are excited!

We’re proud to once again support the Get Your Pink On Fundraiser by donating a raffle prize to help raise funds for Inherited Cancers Australia. 💖

This incredible event brings our community together to raise awareness and educate others about hereditary cancers, including breast, ovarian and prostate cancer, and the importance of understanding your family health history.

The afternoon will feature guest speakers from Inherited Cancers Australia and Peter MacCallum Research Centre, along with raffles, giveaways and a live auction, all in support of a very important cause.
