A reflection of the green spaces that make Brookhaven unique, Birdsong Park will feature a playground, fitness precinct, half basketball court and generous open lawns for picnics, play and community gatherings.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do at Frasers Property is sharing in the excitement of settlement day and watching the Brookhaven community continue to grow.

These special moments mark the beginning of a new chapter for our residents, and we're honoured to be part of their journey. As a small commemorative gift, each new resident receives a professional photo on their homesite, creating a lasting memory of the day they officially became part of the Brookhaven community.

From the much-loved Mother’s Day Markets at Fig Tree Park, to the relaxed atmosphere of Street Eats, and the introduction of a monthly dessert food truck, there’s always something to look forward to.

You’ve probably heard of the much-loved Brookhaven Street Eats, but you may not know that on the first Wednesday of each month, a dessert food truck will be joining the mix.

Aptly named by the community: Street Eats Sweet Treats 🍦🍬 (try to say that quickly)

🐾🌿 A local favourite at Brookhaven

Delivered last year, Barkhaven Dog Park and the Greenleaf Toddler Playground have quickly become much-loved additions to Brookhaven’s already extensive play spaces. It’s been fantastic to see the landscaping take shape, creating lush, welcoming areas for the community to enjoy.

The dog park, in particular, continues to bring families together-offering a space for pups of all sizes to run, play, and connect. 💚🐶
