Some sales are different.

This one feels especially special because our vendors aren’t just clients, they’re part of our team.

Back in 2015, I helped them sell their apartment so they could buy this home in North Narrabeen. At the time, they had a 3 year old daughter and a new chapter ahead.

Fast forward to today and we’ve had the privilege of helping them again as they prepare for their next move. Their little girl is now 14, there’s also a 3 year old puppy in the family, and another chapter is beginning.

Selling for people you know comes with a little extra pressure. There are campaign updates over coffee and definitely no avoiding buyer feedback when you share an office 😏

But in reality, helping people you know and genuinely care about through moments like this is one of the best parts of what we do.

You've been there through every version of our team and one thing has never changed, there is nobody who does the job better than you.

Our clients rave about you, the team relies on you, and whether it's mentoring, solving problems, keeping us organised or simply being there when someone needs support, you always show up. Add being an amazing Mum and friend into the mix, and we honestly have no idea how you do it all.

You put up with more from us than most people would tolerate, and somehow still manage to keep us all in line (most of the time) and more than hold your own with the banter and chat in our office. 😂

Thank you for everything you've done over the last decade for us and for Cunninghams. We are lucky to have you on our team and couldn't be prouder of what you've achieved.
