It may not mean much to anyone else, but today I officially put up my 10th sold sticker after 15 months with BigginScott as a Sales Executive.

There are moments where I tell myself that 10 sales is not much and that I should have done more. But today I stopped and reminded myself where this journey started. I was given an opportunity to prove that I was more than just a receptionist in real estate, and today I know without question that I am more than that.

I am pushing my own boundaries, challenging expectations, and creating a new standard for myself in an environment where growth does not come without hard work. I have had the privilege of selling beautiful properties for incredible clients and representing a Block house, something I never imagined I would do.

I still have so much to learn, and that excites me. I am incredibly grateful to work alongside my director Tom, who I truly admire, for taking me under his wing and trusting me with the chance to show my full potential.

Today is not about the number. It is about growth, belief, and proving to myself that I belong exactly where I am.
