edge of structural building defects/safety issues. I use Industry leading state of the art electronic equipment such as a Fluid Digital Floor Levelling Computer (which none of my competitors has). This is used to give a precise measurement of fall in any type of floor and distance over the length of a house or in any room. It proves how much of a major structural fault there is, in any Building and by using a Tramex Moisture Meter, moisture problems can be detected where ever required. Over several weeks in 2017, I enhanced my extensive knowledge of building and received further training from Geoff Sharp from House Inspections Melbourne. He has done over 5500 building inspections over 30 years and is number one for building inspections in the Melbourne area. Many houses in Melbourne were analysed to document major, minor building structural defects/safety issues using modern computer software. This produces a fully detailed Comprehensive colour Building Inspection Report, with many detailed images that are professionally written to Australian Standards and is easy to understand. I have completed many Pre-purchase Building Inspections since, with numerous satisfied customers. Either, who have saved money by knowing the faults in their prospective new house and getting the Vendor to fix the faults or by receiving a discount on their purchase. Some customers have not proceeded with the purchase due too to many major structural issues being present in the building. John has a keen eye for detail and understands the potential issues that can arise and how costly the issues can be if left unnoticed. We use all the Modern Electronic Technology available to us to ensure thorough building inspections and building pest inspections.
