With all the talk of interest rate rises, what does it actually mean for buyers?

It’s important to remember there isn’t one market in Australia as there are definitely sub markets we’re operating in that are still heated (SE QLD, WA, SA to name a few), but the data and general market sentiment in Sydney has definitely shifted towards the buyer.

Here is a little Domain app hack that can help you monitor a particular sub-market, and while everyone else is “waiting to see” what’s going happen, there currently exists an opportunity for some buyers to take advantage of the uncertainty and capitalise.
