Our lake view land auction held on Saturday 15 Nov had a strong turnout of around 70 people and over 30 registered bidders. All four lots were sold, which each attracting around 10 bids.

To cater for future population growth in Treeby and surrounds, Telstra is progressing a new mobile phone tower at 95 Verde Drive, Jandakot. The tower has been installed and the mobile infrastructure is expected to be installed by Dec 2024.
