Residents at our Baranduda community recently headed out for another much-loved Big Day Out, this time embracing the simple joy of being out in nature.

The group spent the morning exploring the local wetland conservation park before enjoying brunch together in the botanical gardens.

Last Friday, we opened the doors to our brand new Sales Centre and beautiful display homes, the Emerson and Chandler, here at Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda.

More than 100 guests joined us to explore the homes, tour the community and enjoy a great morning together in the clubhouse. It was fantastic to see residents and visitors mingling and sharing what makes Baranduda such a special place to live.

Our new Sales Centre is now open and gives New Homes Advisor Tiago a welcoming space to meet with visitors, walk through available homes and help you discover what life at Baranduda could look like.

Celebrating International Women’s Day at Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda 💜

Over the weekend, our Baranduda community came together to celebrate the wonderful women who make our neighbourhood such a warm and welcoming place to live.

On Sunday, over 20 residents came together for a delicious roast lunch organised by the Social Club and prepared by the men in the community—a thoughtful gesture and a chance for the women to feel a little spoiled while enjoying great food and good company.

There was so much gratitude for the effort that went into the afternoon, and the room was absolutely buzzing. Community spirit at its finest.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women in our community.
