We kindly invite everyone to read the recent review before visiting, as transparency truly matters to us.
As a small, new, family-run café, we genuinely appreciate all feedback — positive or negative — because it helps us improve our coffee and service every single day.
We recently received a 1-star Google review about our hot egg coffee, mentioning the foam, takeaway cup, staff attitude, and price.
We value people’s time and emotions far more than the cost of a coffee.
This is especially true for non-local customers who spend valuable time travelling, finding parking, and taking a well-earned break after hard work just to enjoy a cup of coffee. That experience is worth much more than the price of 1–2 cups of coffee, which we’re always happy to refund if someone is unsatisfied.
We also acknowledge that every cent matters. Everyone — including our customers and our team — works very hard to keep moving in today’s high cost of living, and hospitality is a very tough industry.
Before opening this café, I worked in the finance industry, where transparency, ethics, regulations, and customer service are non-negotiable. Even small mistakes can carry serious consequences. We bring that same mindset into our café: customers are always at the centre of everything we do.
We believe that when you do small things with a great attitude, bigger and better things will naturally follow.
