648 Congo Road officially has new owners! Beautifully renovated, full of charm, and the kind of place that instantly makes you want to kick your shoes off and stay forever. (I am genuinely sad I won't spend some of my weekends here now!) Huge congratulations to both the sellers and very lucky new owners, I have a feeling this little shack is about to create a whole lot more memories.

This one took 102 days to exchange… which honestly may be some sort of unofficial record, and on the surface, is nothing to brag about. 😅

But this wasn't your regular sale, there were councils, engineers, multiple reports, lawyers, negotiations, curveballs.... and even a family loss along the way.

But through all of that, there was also a genuine love for the property from both sides, a lot of trust, some old-school handshake agreements, and a whole lot of communication and patience.

And now, finally, a new family gets to call this their 'home away from home', and one of my favourite beach shacks starts a new chapter 💛

…And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why real estate agents drink. 🍷

Last week saw a quick dash up the mountain for the REIACT Auctioneering Comp… this time from the judges table (thank god 😅).

There’s something oddly special about being in a room full of people equally obsessed with something so niche, it’s easily one of my favourite days of the year!

Huge shoutout to Nic Salter-Harding : Real Estate and heading off to the Austros 👏 and to .with.bri for an incredible performance (and repping the only female competitor this year 💪).
