🏡 Tuesday Tip
Neutral styling doesn’t need to be expensive or complicated—it’s often about small, intentional changes that make a big impact.
Start by removing excess clutter, décor and personal items so rooms feel open and uncluttered. Swap out bold or busy accessories (like cushions, throws, and artwork) for simple, soft-toned pieces in whites, beiges, greys, or muted earthy shades.
Use what you already have first—sometimes just rearranging furniture to improve flow and bring in more natural light can completely change how a space feels. Fresh, inexpensive touches like a vase of greenery, light coloured bed linens, and matching towels in bathrooms can instantly lift the space.
The goal is to create a calm, welcoming feel that allows buyers to imagine themselves living there—without needing a full redesign or big spend.
